Return & Refund Policy

At Lezada Shop, customer satisfaction is important to us.


1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return if:

  • The item received is damaged
  • Wrong product was delivered
  • Product is defective
  • Item is unused and in original packaging

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Used products
  • Personal care items
  • Customized products
  • Digital/downloadable items
  • Clearance or sale items

3. Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is inspected, refunds will be processed.
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider.
  • Shipping charges are generally non-refundable.

4. Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the mistake was from our side.


5. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
